Date: 4th May 2020 @ 8:54am

Good morning FW

I hope that you all had a lovely weekend and did lots of fun things with your families. The weather is going to be nice again this week so there will be lots of chances for you to get out and do some nice things outside. I'm sure lots of you are going for family walks to keep nice and healthy.

There are lots of fun activities to keep you busy this week, they are on our class page in the download section. As an extra challenge this week, can you learn a new nursery rhyme?  My favourite is Hey diddle diddle do you know this one?   Don't forget to blog back and tell me which one you learn and all the things you get up to this week.

Have a lovely week everybody and take care.

Hi Olivia,
It's lovely to hear from you. It sounds like you have had lots of energy in your garden! A water party sounds like so much fun. We have had some water bombs in our garden and my children got a bit wet.
I'm glad you have been doing lots of work and keeping your brain busy. It sounds like lots of people have been baking. I made some cakes yesterday and have just had a piece of it. I hope your jam tarts last for the week.
I miss you all too and will hopefully see you soon.
Keep singing your nursery rhymes.

Hi Samuel,
It's lovely to hear from you. I like Twinkle Twinkle little star too. I'm glad you are still singing it when you wash your hands. It keeps the germs away. Can you think of another nursery rhyme that you don't know yet to learn?
I hope that you are enjoying that lovely weather and getting some more practise of riding your bike.
I will hopefully see you soon.

Hello Mrs Webster

My favourite song is wheels on the bus. I have been very busy in my garden looking for different bugs, I found under the plant pot a big spider and some tiny ants. I am going to make some bird feeders today with kitchen roll tubes, peanut butter and bird seed to see what different bird come to my garden.

Hi Mrs Webster,
My favourite nursery rhyme is Rainbow Sheep - I've seen a video on youtube to teach me to sign to it, so I will learn to sign it this week :)
I've been riding my bike lots and I made a big cake for a competition at my mummy's school. I've been working hard on my word wall, one day I might get all the way to word wall 8! I drew a picture of you in my book and said you were a queen!

Wow it sounds like you have all been very busy! Thank you for sharing your favourite nursery rhymes and songs with us. I haven't heard of Rainbow Sheep so I will have to look that one up!
It sounds like you have all been thinking about the animals around us and how to keep them safe too.

Charlie - I can't wait to hear if the birds like your feeders that you are making. You will have to let us know what kind of birds you spot, I hope the squirrels don't steal it first.

Lillia - I will look forward to you teaching me how to sign it when I see you next too. I think your cake will be delicious and wish you lots of luck in the competition. I don't think I'm posh enough to be a queen but I would like to be that rich!

Hazel - You have been doing so much! Hopefully you will show me how you play the keyboard sometime. Science at the river sounds like lots of fun. What did you find? I can't wait to hear.

I miss you all too and am looking forward to seeing you again soon.
Keep blogging me, it makes me smile.
