3H Home Learning Blog w.b. 8.06.20

Date: 8th Jun 2020 @ 9:05am

Good morning 3H :)

How are you? I hope you've had a lovely weekend.  Let me know what you have been up to by replying to this blog or by emailing me on Purple Mash.

This week’s home learning overview can be found on our class page.

Go to 'Class Pages'; choose 3H and scroll down until you see 'Files to Download' - 'Year 3 Home Learning wb 8.6.20'. I hope you like all of the different activities that we have planned for you this week - if you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact me. It's lovely to see and hear about the tasks you are enjoying and completing.

What work tasks are you looking forward to this week? I can't wait to see what you have been up to!

If you are not going on TT Rockstars regularly, please go on this week as we have set a battle. A special mention to Max, Jessica M & James J for being the top three scorers in last weeks battle. We will need more people to take part if we want to win this week so keep up the hard work!

Also make sure that you are reading as much as you can. If you've read a book that you love, why not share it with your friends!

Also, if any of you have made you Hello-crow, I'd love to hear all about them and see the pictures too.

Have a lovely week, stay safe. smiley

Hi Max,
Aw it's lovely that you could sit in the garden! It's a shame that the weather hasn't been as nice but it's good that you were able to use umbrellas. Well done Max- I've seen that you have been on TT Rockstars! Come on everybody! Let's see if we can win this week!
I can't wait to see your Hello-Crow and the rest of the classes too!

It's been so lovely to hear off so many of you this afternoon.

James S- Hi James, It's lovely to hear that you have had a nice time at your dads with your brother and little sister.

Izzy- I' glad that you are looking forward to George's Marvellous Medicine. Making a den sounds very fun! It's good to hear that you have read lots! I did really enjoy your poem. I commented on it in the last blog :).

Jessica M- Aw we miss you too Jessica! Well done for your work on TT Rockstars- keep it up! I hope that you enjoy celebrating your sister's birthday! I hope that she has a good day and that you enjoy your McDonald's.

Owen- Hi Owen, it sounds like you have been working hard. I'm glad that you had a good weekend too :)

Eliza- Hi Eliza, it sounds like you have been working hard. It is because Polar Bears live in the Arctic Region and Penguins live in Antarctica and the Southern Hemisphere so they will never meet as they live in different parts of the world. It's very interesting isn't it?

James J: Hi James, I'm sad the weather hasn't been great either but hopefully it will get better soon. Watching films sounds lovely and so does an Italian meal.
