Good morning 1S,

I hope that you have all enjoyed a lovely weekend. It was a shame about the rain. However, it gave me the chance to start to read and enjoy a new book. Have you read or had a good book read to you recently? Tell me a little bit about it. I also managed to get out the house to exercise this weekend on my bike (I did get a little wet!) How have you been keeping fit and healthy?

Missing you all and look forward to seeing you all soon.

Hello Mr Swift. I have been reading Humphrey the hamster books. He is a class pet with Og the frog. I really like them because his cage does not lock and he keeps escaping and has adventures with the children. He is funny.

Now it’s about my learning.
Tidder gets caught in a net. The fishermen are pulling the net in with some fish in, including Tidder.

Hello Holly,
it is great to hear that you are enjoying reading your book. It sounds like a great story. I would like to read that book myself :).

It sounds like you are writing some super sentences about the story of Tiddler. I like Tiddler, but he is always telling fibs! Julia Donaldson is one of my favourite authors.

Hello Mr Swift,
I have been reading my sister's Horrid Henry books. They are very funny and Henry gets into lots of trouble. He has a little brother just like me! I have spent a lot of time on my drawing because I liked drawing the Victorian houses last week. I am very good with my line drawing now and mummy says I add a lot of detail.

Drawing Victorian houses sounds tricky! I am impressed to hear that your line drawings are getting so detailed. Well done Ethan.
I hope that you have a great rest of the week.

Hi, I read books everyday from the website oxford owl. Yesterday I got a rainbow certificate from my mummy for 110 reads.
I liked the story of Tiddler. My favourite part was when Tiddler said he got trapped in a fishing net and they thought it was another one of his stories. Tiddler is a fish who likes to tell stories.🐟

Hi Mr Swift i like the story Tiddler. He thinks of funny stories but his tell tales are bad. I like when he gets trapped in a treasure chest full of gold.🐟🐠
