Home Learning Blog Monday 23rd March Year 1

Date: 23rd Mar 2020 @ 9:22am

Hi 1P and 1S!

Your home learning activities are now on our class page. Go to 'Class Pages' - '1P' or '1S', then scroll down until you see 'Files to Download' - 'Year 1 Week Beginning 23.3.20'.

Have a look through all of the activities and select some to do today. Don't forget, you can also choose some fun activities from the ideas sheet in the 'Home Learning' section on the website and also make sure you do regular exercise.  Make sure you try to do reading, phonics, writing and maths everyday, and then choose another subject too.

This blog is for you to let us know how you get on. Ask an adult to help you write a comment if you want to tell us something abut your home learning. You could tell us what your favourite activity is, or what books or stories you are reading at home. If you have any questions, please ask through the blog! Try to read every day, because we want our phonics skills to be the best they can be!

We look forward to hearing from you

I am reading a Enid Blyton story with mummy called Mr Twiddle. It's very funny. I really like doing my maths at home and have done PE today.
Mummy says, thank you for the work set as Ethan loves school and hopefully he can see you all soon.

I have been writing about arctic foxes and I made a bug hotel in our garden. I also have some pet slugs and beetles but mummy wont let me bring them inside!

That sounds like fun Florence! Although I do agree with your mummy that the slugs and beetles should stay outside! :)
I'm looking forward to seeing your sentences when we all get back to school. Keeping having fun!
