Hello,
As prefects of Middlewich Primary School, we wanted to share with you a little bit of what we do.
Our children often get compliments about their behaviour from the community. We want to ensure that this includes behaviour and movement in and around school at break times.
Pairs of year 6 children patrol the corridors at break times to make sure that these areas are quiet and orderly. We advise pupils how to move around and behave, as well as logging any children who don't follow the rules or our guidance. Year 2 prefects also support our younger children at lunchtime.
Our Head Boy and Head Girl check all prefects are being kind, fair and being sensible. We also do training together.
