Year 5 Photography

Date: 8th Jul 2016 @ 9:45am

A big thank you to the PTA for funding for our photography workshop in year 5. We had a great time yesterday during our photography workshop! It was so great to see so many children having fun and really trying hard to be creative with their pictures. We had many budding photographers!

What did you learn?

What did you enjoy?

What did you photograph?

I really liked the photography workshop yesterday, as it was very interesting and taught me more techniques. The part which I enjoyed the most was when we took pictures to show pattern, shape and colour. I took lots of photos of the new play area and some nature.

I really enjoyed the photography workshop because we got lots of tips about how to take good pictures. I learnt that the good techniques to take a good picture were, angles, reflection, colour, pattern and shapes. One of the photos i took was the bird's eye view looking onto the bridge. Also I made the tree look really tall by going underneath and doing it on a slight angle.

I really enjoyed yesterday as I learnt more about how to take photos from different angles and to take pictures of different colours, shapes and patterns.

I enjoyed this workshop as I like taking pictures of nature when I go on long or short walks.

I took lots of pictures of nature, people, and different shapes from the new equipment.

I learnt how to take photos at an angle ,that makes it more effective ,and I also learnt how to make objects bigger and smaller by turning my camera different ways.I enjoyed how we tuck pictures of each other and then how other people can say what you did well and what you can improve on next time.I photographed lots of different things such as the climbing frame, that is out side, and different people.
