Year 4 Summer is Here!

To my lovely, lovely class 4S. 

I can't quite belive it's already time to say goodbye to you all and the summer is here. I have loved every minute of our year together whether it be in the classroom or on the screen. The friendliness, the enthusiasm, the smiles and the dedication to your learning that you brought into the classroom each day was amazing and your next teacher is very lucky to inherit this. We learned about lots of new things in Y4 including the digestive system (remember when you travelled through it on the big mat in the playground?), the Ancient Greeks, and many more things. You created the most superb landscape pictures based on William Grill's work and we read some exciting stories. My particular favourite was Podkin. What was yours? It was lovely to reflect on our year together this week during our Zoom calls. 

The time has come, to now enjoy the summer and relax. I wish you lots of luck for Y5.
