Hello Reception 24.02.21

Date: 23rd Feb 2021 @ 2:14pm

Hello Everyone

Thank you for sending us your work today, we have enjoyed seeing how hard you are working.

It was a very windy day yesterday very different to Monday when we had the lovely sunshine.

We have found a poem about the wind

Whoosh Whoosh

I feel the wind

Whoosh Whoosh

It blows to no end!

Sometimes heavy Sometimes Light

Blowing things out of sight!

Did you like the poem? Let us know by replying to the blog.

See you later

Love Mrs Webster, Mrs Rogerson and Mrs Pillai

We enjoyed the poem and noticed the words 'whoosh, whoosh' repeating themselves. We like this part of the poem the best. We noticed the rhyming word 'light and sight' as well. Thank you for sending it to us.

Emily Bertram wrote:

It was windy, it blew the long palms down in our garden and I pretended to be a warrior princess using them as my sword.
I like poems with lots of rhyming so I did like the bit where it says “sometimes heavy sometimes light, blowing things out of sight”.

Hope you all have a nice day today.
See you later!
