Hello Mrs Webster I have been doing lots of work at home and having lots of fun. I have done lots of learning new words. Learning about the different days of the week. Drawing and painting. And I have also been joining in with my sisters doing P.E. We have been on lots of bike rides and taken our new dog for lots of walks. See you soon. Max Preston.

Hi Mrs Webster,

I hope your ok :-)

I do try to do my work that you set.

I enjoy doing the PE lessons and Maths.

We have been doing a letter of the day everyday (finding things round the house or names of things for that letter) and have finished the letters. We are now doing the number of the day and are on day 6 (we are going to 10).

Alfie looks forward "a bit" to coming back to school and is missing his friends and get busy time.

We do are star of the day every day when we take the register at home.

We will write to you again soon :-)

Good morning Max and Alfie,
It is so lovely to hear from you both. It sounds like you are both working hard and practising your learning at home. It's important to keep up the phonics and maths so that you dont forget things. Reading is very important too. Have you been having lots if stories and reading. I would love to hear about them.

Max - a new dog, you are very lucky. I would love to hear more about it. It's great fun taking the dog for a walk isn't it, especially on nice days like today. Bike rides are keeping you lovely and fit too. I'd love to see your paintings as well. What have you been painting?

Alfie - you sound like you gave been doing some fun learning too. A letter of the day sounds good. You could maybe try a digraph of the day now as well. You love your maths most in school too. I'm glad to hear you are keeping fit as well. I wonder if you are star of the day most days. :)

I look forward to hearing from you both again soon.
Love from Mrs Webster

Hello Mrs Webster

I have been playing hopscotch in the garden with digraphs and words from my word wall, when you hop you have to say the sound/word you land on, this is really helping me with my sounds and its fun to do some learning in the garden. I am now going to draw my picture of a garden. Have a good weekend everyone,

Charlie

Hi Hazel and Charlie,

It is lovely to hear from you both again. It sounds like you have both been making the most of the weather and getting outside. I am glad you are both well and having lots of fun.

Hazel - It sounds like your fairy garden is lovely if they came straight away. You are very lucky to have them in your garden. They are beautiful names. I bet you leave them lots of treats out. I would be interested to see what they do next. Maybe they will write you a little letter or make you something. Keep me posted!

Charlie - It is good to hear that you are making your learning so much fun! That sounds like a great game with the words and digraphs. We might have to try playing that in our outdoor area too. I would love to see your garden picture when you have finished. I bet it looks lovely.

Have a lovely weekend both of you.
Take care
Mrs Webster

Hi Jude,
It's great to hear from you again.
I'm glad that you are working hard still. Wow! Counting back from 20. That's fantastic! It can be a bit tricky counting back and getting past 10. I'm pleased that you have enjoyed making your family tree too.
I hope that you have been enjoying the sunny parts of the day too.
