Happy Summer 1P!

Hi everyone,

Well the end of year 1 is almost here! What a strange year it has been.

Firstly, I just want to say well done! You have all worked hard this year and I am sure you will continue to do this in year 2. I have loved teaching you all and I really hope you have enjoyed being in year 1.

What has been your favourite part of year 1? Here are some of my favourite parts:

•  the story of Paddington
•  making tables in DT
•  learning phonics and reading lots of stories
•  the trip to Manchester airport
•  the nativity

and lots more too!

If you want to, ask a grown up to help you reply and tell us what you have enjoyed.

I really hope you enjoy the summer holidays. You deserve to rest, relax and have fun ready for a fun filled year in year 2.

Thank you to you all for making it a wonderful year. You are all amazing and I know you will impress your new teachers in September. Well done everyone!
