3H: Summer is here!

Date: 16th Jul 2020 @ 2:44pm

Hello 3H smiley!

I can’t quite believe that it is now your last couple of days in year 3. What an incredible year we have had together!  What have been your favourite parts of year 3? I'd love for you to share them in this blog.

I have loved teaching you all this year. We may not have been able to be together for all of it but I have really enjoyed hearing from you and seeing the work that you have produced whilst being at home. You all have kept me smiling and we have shared  lots of laughs. I hope that you have enjoyed learning lots of new exciting facts- especially Pre-historic Britain, the continent of Europe and Animals including humans! We also had a great trip to the theatre in December! I have enjoyed sharing lots of stories with you this year too! I think that Leon and the Place Between, The Hodgeheg and The Sheep Pig have been my favourites. What were yours?

I have been so proud of your resilience and hard work!

Now, it is finally time for you to have your well-earned rest. I hope that you have a lovely summer. Relax and remember to keep reading regularly and continue to practise your times tables! I want to be able to hear you singing them through the wall next year!

Thank you for an amazing year- you're a great bunch!

Goodbye (for now!) Have a lovely summer and stay safe! smiley

Hi Miss Harding,
I can't believe it's the last day of Year 3 and that the Summer Holidays are here. I think my favourite part of Year 3 has been learning all about pre-historic Britain, having fun in P.E and learning about the Chang Tribe.
Next week we are going to Devon and I am hoping to find some fossils like Mary Anning and my Aunty Ange gave us a fossil from Eyam its really cool :)
I hope you have a lovely summer too, and can't wait to see you in September.
Thank you for being an amazing teacher - you are the best!
Love Max
